-A flour container mounted on the machine to scatter flour on rounded dough pieces.This process prevent stickness of dough pieces to the baskets of intermediate proofer machine.
To avoid stickness of dough pieces on surface of conical rounder unit one unit air generating & blowing is mounted on the machine as well.
